Health Bound Family Practice is a new and modern medical clinic located in the south-east suburb of Melbourne, at the Conner of East Boundary Road and Centre Road.

ATTENTION: From 1st of November, 2022, $30 GAP FEE will be applied for all non-concessional Medicare card-holders. We will continue bulk-billing pensioners/HCC card holders/DVA card holders. New Medicare patient will have $50 registration fee; complicated patients will need arrange previous medical record transferral.

Dr Hexiang Yao (MBBS, FRACGP) graduated from Third Military Medical University in China in 1998 and accomplished master degree of surgery in 2003. He has worked at multiple hospitals in Melbourne/rural Victoria for about 10 years as a surgical registrar in general surgery and vascular surgery. He then settled in rural Victoria to serve the local community and obtained RACGP in 2015.
